Payment
Payment in U.S. dollars. You may pay by credit card through our on-site system. You may pay by bank check, wire transfer or by personal or business check to us. We may wait to ship until a check clears. You may send cash, but at your risk of loss. Customers requiring shipment outside the U.S. are responsible for paying any applicable fees, tariffs, duties and other costs imposed by their government. Buyers with Virginia shipping address will be subject to 6% Virginia sales tax calculated at checkout. Dealers should contact us directly about purchases.
Shipping
Packaging and domestic shipping by ground is free except as noted in some individual product descriptions. Packaging and domestic shipment by air at actual cost (typically 20.00 to $40.00). International shipments at actual cost, typically $90.00). International shipments are by air only. Shipments are insured at no cost to buyers. Contact us before shipping items to us.
Warranty
Based on our experience and considerable research we warrant that all items are substantially correctly identified and published on or close to the date indicated. Legitimate reasons for refund include:
(`) item did not arrive,
(2) package and item were damaged,
(3) item not as described (that is, our description has errors that could affect its value),
(4) item is not a first edition if so described,
(5) incorrect item delivered.
Such items may be returned in condition received up to 30 days after receipt for refund of the purchase price unless otherwise indicated in the description.
Right to refuse to sell
We reserve the right to refuse to sell (e.g. , unacceptable conditions or requirements by potential buyer or obvious price error).
